Perpetual: All our licenses are perpetual. One-time payment, permanent usage rights, no renewals or subscriptions required.
The license is bound to the end user (the licensee) and to the company size selected at purchase. If your company grows beyond the licensed tier, an upgrade is required.
No. Your license never expires and you won't be charged again. It remains valid as long as you respect the terms of the EULA; a breach of those terms terminates the license.
Your perpetual license includes: print materials, websites, apps, ebooks, social media, videos, logos, PDFs. Install on all company devices. Upload to Figma or Canva for internal team use only.
Cannot upload to platforms where unlicensed users could access them: Canva public libraries, design template marketplaces, print-on-demand services, user-facing design tools.
Cannot redistribute, resell, lend, trade, or transfer to third parties. Cannot modify, rename, convert, or reverse engineer font files.
These are licensed Ivorian cultural artifacts. Platform prohibition protects the integrity of how they circulate in digital space.

No. Each license covers one font weight. OS Kolia Regular, OS Kolia Medium, and OS Kolia Bold require separate licenses.
If you're the licensee (you paid for the license), yes: use for any of your projects. If you're a designer or agency working for a client, the client must be the licensee. Each client needs their own separate license.
The client owns the license, not you. You're responsible for ensuring they acquire proper license and understand usage restrictions, particularly platform prohibitions. If you acquire the license on their behalf, you remain liable for communicating all restrictions to the client.
Yes. When work using the ivographs is published or made public, credit "O'Plérou Studio" or "An O'Plérou Ivograph."
Attribution is cultural stewardship, it keeps Ivorian cultural artifacts connected to their African source. While not legally enforced through financial penalty, pattern of non-attribution may affect future license approvals.

No. Licenses are non-transferable and bound to the original licensee.
No. Because fonts are digital products delivered immediately after purchase, licenses are non-refundable. Review usage rights carefully before acquiring.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle calculates, collects, and remits applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax) at checkout, and handles billing and receipts. Prices are listed in USD; local currency conversion is handled by Paddle.
Your payment details are handled by Paddle. If you have an account, it is managed through Clerk and you can delete your information from your account settings, or by emailing us. We don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.
